Job Details:

• Reporting To: Technical Manager
• Job Purpose:
  To manage and control all scrap yard operations including scrap collection, segregation, weighing, documentation, manpower allocation, and coordination with Finance and Production for scrap sale and movement.

• Take full ownership of the scrap yard and ensure safe, organized, and efficient operation.
• Weigh and record all incoming scraps with valid Scrap Notes.
• Maintain accurate daily records of all incoming, outgoing, and in-stock scrap materials.
• Supervise baling and cutting activities, ensuring productivity and safety compliance.
• Coordinate scrap sale loading and documentation as per Finance approval.
• Manage manpower allocation and ensure yard discipline and safety.
• Conduct daily checks to ensure yard cleanliness, lock-up, and security.
• Report any deviation or issue to the Technical Manager immediately.

• Strong in documentation, MS Office, data analysis, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Aluminium scrap types, segregation, and recycling processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and data documentation.
  Analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
• Good understanding of safety, housekeeping, and environmental procedures.

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in scrap or metal industry operations.
